Company History

1952.05	Yoshizawa Seiki Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha was established with a capital of 5000,000 yen in Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo.
1962	In 1962, joint research with KDD led to success in the development of a stepping motor and a driving circuit. Nippon Pulse Motor Co., Ltd. a subsidiary company, was established.
1963	The Yamato factory was established in Higashiyamato, Tokyo.
1965	A technical contract with regard to a timing motor was concluded with Philips Corporation of the Netherlands.
1968	The development of Jigles 1000, a computer numerical control apparatus, was completed and sales started.
1969	The head office moved to Hongo, Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo.
1972	The subsidiary company was absorbed into the parent company and its trading name changed to Nippon Pulse Motor Co., Ltd.
1975	The Iwaki factory was established in Iwaki, Aomori.
1976	An exclusive domestic sales contract with regard to a torque motor and a drive unit was concluded with Inland Motor Corporation of the U.S.A.
1979	The development of Jigles 100, a computer numerical control apparatus containing a micro computer, was completed and sales started.
1985	The development of a DIP type high speed pulse generator chip PCL80K was completed and sales started.
1990	The development of PCL-240AK was completed and sales started.
1991	The development of a tin-can type stepping motor PFC series was completed and sales started.
1994	The development of a serial communication I/O terminal T-NET SYSTEM was completed and sales started.
1995	The development of an S curve pulse control LSI PCL 3013 was completed and sales started.
1996	The development of a two axes pulse control LSI PCL5022 was completed and sales started.
1999	ISO 9002 certification was obtained with regard to the manufacture of precision motors.
2002	Nippon Pulse America, Inc. was established in the U.S.A
2003	Nippon Pulse Hong Kong Ltd. Was established in Hong Kong. ISO9001 (2000 certification)was obtained.
2005	A ultra-high-speed serial communication system Motionnet series was completed and sales started.
2005	Medical treatment tools manufacturing permission certification was obtained in Oodate factory.
2006	ISO 14001 certification was obtained Shanghai office was established in Shanghai.
2007	Nippon Pulse Shanghai Ltd. establishment in Shanghai. ISO 9001(a 2000 version)certification was obtained in Nippon pulse Hong Kong Ltd.
2008	Oodate factory a branch shrine and establish NPS Co., Ltd.
2009	Nippon Pulse Motor Taiwan Co., Ltd was established in Taiwan.
2010	Nippon Pulse Korea Co., Ltd. was established in Korea. New head office building and Technology center building were completed.
